Liza brought her kids down a couple of weeks ago for Pocatello's Spring Break. "Spring Break" in March in Pocatello means they only got 6 inches of snow. My kids were thrilled to spend time with their cousins, and I was thrilled to hang out with my sister for a few days.

Liza's kids went on and on about how Utah has "Everything." Kangaroo Zoo, the Dinosaur Museum, the Aquarium...in their minds, Pocatello is simply awful.They are on to something. Only in Utah can you find the fine dining establishment of Mi Ranchito (where no one judges you for eating there at least once a week for a period of years).
