Well, folks, that all ends today.
The girls are at Liza's house while Bruce and I are back East. Today I got a call from a frantic Liza. The girls were all painting their fingernails, when Charlie became a little enraged that he was not included, and poor Maggie got caught in the crossfire. She was tipped out of her chair and whacked her head on the table, resulting in 3 stitches. She is recovering nicely and there is no need to worry, and Liza feels terrible even though this just as easily could have happened while she was under my own care (So don't feel bad, Liza).
It's just too bad that Maggie was the one who had to pay my karmic debt, but I guess Liza and I are even now, right?

Are you sure that Liza didn't hold a grudge all this time only to exact her revenge on your baby?? Just kidding, but as a little sister, I can see how that could happen.
Ah yes, I remember this incident. Rahther nahsty,
If I do say so myself. Well, Becca, what goes around
comes around.
I'm thinking that you are enjoying Baltimore Harbor.
It's great, ain't it. I want a T-shirt from Hard Rock
Cafe--except I think that you have left the Harbor.
Oh, well.
I miss you but am so glad you are seeing such wonderful sights. Love Mommy
Ah, yes--I remember it well. She was one bloody
little girl. But everything turned out okay. Kiki doesn't look too bad--In fact she looks like she is the center
of attention.
Sure miss all of you. You are having tons of fun I can tell. Didn't I tell you the marine aquarium was
wonderful. Love Mom
DB has a scar from an "incident" in the exact same spot from when he was about Kiki's age. It happens to the best of us, Liza.
I feel your pain Kiki! I have more than one scar from your Daddy. The time he shoved me into the dishwasher as we raced to answer the kitchen phone (7 stitches,) and the time he took me hiking. I was 3 and he was 5. We almost made it to the top of the mountain before I fell and cracked my head open. It sounds like your Mom AND Dad had some bad karma floating around out there! You are so undeserving, but still adorable! Hang in there Liza!
My Older sister when we were walking to school i was 5 and she was 6. She noticed that my shoe was untied and the best way to tell me was by tripping me in the cross wal - Same scar. Kiki looks pretty happy!
