I begged and begged Kate to eat some dinner- we were having a delicious homemade chicken pot pie. "Kate, will you please eat some dinner?" I said. She replied, "I would if you would ever cook something GOOD."
Tyler refuses to eat any kind of vegetable or potato or rice (unless it is chicken flavor rice a roni). So every night he asks what is for dinner and I will reply something like Chicken. And he will say "Ugh, meat again, why do we always have to eat meat." And I say, "Well I am also going to be making mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli, and some salad." Then he will usually just stomp off. I try to explain to him that he is the only one who eats just meat every night, but he doesn't get it.

Maybe you should cook her her idea of "good" food...you know, a little kraft Mac 'n cheese. You are obviously trying too hard!
