"Kate," I said, "Would you rather go to church or Sea World?" Of course she chose...SEA WORLD! Bruce said I was cruel for even posing the question.
This picture isn't half bad considering Kiki's finger was in her nose almost the entire time we were in line.

Moments later, Shamu or one of his brothers came to the surface and regurgitated fish all over a guy near Kate. That was a close one...

We had a fun day at Sea World. No one had a melt down or a screaming fit, so as a parent, that's a success. Kate was thrilled to finally be at Sea World, and I only hope that the reality was as great as what she had hoped for and imagined in her mind. Kate also took her first real roller coaster ride, and the snapshot taken by Sea World was hilarious- Bruce had to buy it, because it showed pure unadulterated terror on her face. When I write that out that way...not so hilarious I guess. Sorry Kate, if you are scarred for life. The weather has been beautiful, but tomorrow may be rainy, so we are formulating contingency plans.

We'll post the picture of Kate and I on the roller coaster when we get it scanned. Her face was so hilarious I couldn't stop laughing (bad father). She did great for her first time. I'm in negotiations to get her on the coaster again on Tuesday. I'll keep you posted.
