Charlie was scheduled for a tonsillectomy yesterday morning, so Jack, the girls, and I went to Pocatello to lend a hand (or so we thought. Turns out our presence, while hopefully enjoyable, was completely unnecessary.).

Later, he did a Micheal Jackson impression.Liza and I spent the early morning hours today on a distance run. I broke out my new hydration belt for its virgin voyage. Liza is a fast runner- I think I held her back a little, but she didn't ditch me, which was awfully kind of her.
