Today Bruce answered the question, "What's going on at your house?" a few hundred times. He just started making stuff up. "We wanted mountain views in the front." "I'm putting my mother-in-law in there." When that got old, he started answering with, "What are you talking about?"
The trench. It had been filled in considerably at this point.
And, lest you be thinking, "At least all the craziness is outside," it's actually not that simple. The septic/sewer conversion requires INSIDE plumbing as well. Bruce was up for the task. He got all picky about us not flushing the toilet while he finished up the pipes. Some people are so
sensitive about getting a face full of toilet water.
All we've got to do now is put our basement back together. Again.
