Let's do the math: 15 plates, 15 cups, 15 forks, 2000 napkins, times 3 meals a day, times how many days? Of course we are using paper goods, so let's just go ahead and say the words: I hate Mother Earth and all that She stands for. Plus all the water I'm running down the drain doing the rest of the dishes. The Earth Sucks. I hope to fill a landfill all by myself. And by the looks of things, my houseguests have given me a head start.

Here's what's funny: I looked at the photo and thought, "Wow, Becca's kitchen is really beautiful." I didn't even notice any mess! That just tells you what MY house is looking like these days. UGHHH. And I don't even have 15 people here. Really, though, don't you think your Kiki and my Jake count for at least 3 people as far as mess-making goes? So technically you have a house of 18.
Oh, may I add that while I try to do my part, recycle, buy local and all that... I too have been using paper goods lately, and it has pretty much ruled. I don't know if I can go back. :)
Brooke stole the words right out of my mouth. I was about to comment on how great that cherry finish is with the stainless. I had a friend in Lake Charles with 10 to feed daily. She used paper like it was religion. I see nothing wrong with it, if it keeps insanity at bay.
I hope it's much easier now that there are only 10 people there to feed three times a day!! We will always be indebted to you for what we did to you this summer! I hope you can get even with us in a big way!
We had a blast, even if it was cut short!
Love and miss you already!
