Happy Fourth of July! All of the Hatch's met up with our neighbors to have fireworks. Since Wes' birthday was a couple of days ago, and Sophie's is on the 8th, we celebrated big!
Kiki was not thrilled with the sparklers. However, if you think about it, everything about a sparkler is contrary to good parenting. "Now, children, I am going to give you a flaming metal stick, and then what I want you to do is RUN! And wave it around!"
Earlier in the day we cooled off on the slip and slide. Yes, this ended up exactly as any logical person might guess from the picture. Also, don't ask me where Kate's swimsuit top is. She wanted to wear a swimsuit like the boys.
I wonder what is in this mystery package!
