Watch Out on April Fool's

I was walking Kate to pre-school this morning, and when we passed our neighbor's rose bush Kate remarked that she didn't like the "stickers" on the roses bushes. I said, "They're called thorns." Kate surprised me by replying, "Like they put on Jesus' head?" I said yes, and entered a little moment of contemplation about that. Kate broke the silence by saying, "That was a pretty funny joke."
